Summary

PingWind is seeking a Senior Software Developer with a Master's degree and 10+ years of experience to lead software development projects. The role involves designing scalable software solutions, working with agile methodologies, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• Master’ s Degree in relevant field
• Ten+(10+) years of relevant experience
• Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code for complex software systems
• Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding junior developers and contributing to technical decision-making
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and quality assurance, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions to address them
• Oversee and contribute to testing processes, ensuring the reliability and performance of software applications
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and system architecture diagrams
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and evaluate their applicability to current and future projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle
• Design scalable and efficient software solutions
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of best practices in software design, coding, and testing
• Proficiency in programming languages and technologies relevant to the organization's tech stack
• Lead the design and architecture of software applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and scalability requirements
• Experience in developing computer software code
• Experience in a variety of software programming languages
• Experience in designing, testing, debugging and documenting software

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP, CEH, CSM, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• AWS platforms, Java Developer
