Sr. Systems Support Engineer

Summary

The job description is for a Sr. System Support Engineer position at Keeper, a fast-growing cybersecurity company. The role involves providing technical support to clients, resolving complex technical issues, and working in a remote environment. The shift is Friday-Tuesday from 3pm-11pm.

Requirements

• Excel at communication (esp. in technical mindset) and documentations
• Bring a ‘nothing is impossible’ mindset but know when to ask for help from the team
• 5+ years’ experience in IT management and System Administration
• Hands on experience with Mac OSX, Windows & Linux administration and troubleshooting
• Experience setting up and configuring Single Sign On (SSO) environments
• Experience setting up and configuring Active Directory
• Experience working with and troubleshooting identity access management solutions, including PAM (privileged access management)
• Advanced knowledge in Firewalls, AD environments, DNS Servers, Authentication protocols, LDAP
• Excellent command of Linux Shell and PowerShell
• In depth knowledge of prem/cloud/hybrid environments

Responsibilities

Perform technical support for clients and provide resolution analysis on various technical issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Python
