Requirements

• Proven experience (7+ years or equivalent) in UX research, UX testing, and system design
• Solid understanding and practical experience in building and maintaining design systems
• Technical proficiency in front-end development, with a deep understanding of responsive design and mobile-first strategies
• Experienced with design sprint methodologies, from ideation through rapid prototyping and testing
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality
• Fluent in Atomic Design methodology and principles
• Advanced skills in Figma and vector graphic tools
• Knowledgeable in Human-Centered Technology (HCT) principles

Responsibilities

• Lead UX research and usability testing to gather meaningful insights and improve product design
• Develop and maintain original design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all platforms
• Collaborate with development teams to implement front-end solutions, enhancing user interaction and engagement
• Guide the design sprint processes to rapidly test and iterate product concepts
• Apply a hyper-attentive approach to all design elements, ensuring the highest quality in user interface details
• Utilize Atomic Design principles to build thoughtful, detailed UI components
• Implement Human-Centered Technology (HCT) practices to enhance user satisfaction and accessibility
• Design and prototype with Figma, creating high-fidelity models that align with user needs and business goals

• The expected base compensation for this role is between $130,000 - $175,000  for work performed in the United States
