Stability Coordinator

Summary

Join our team at Eurofins Food Chemistry Testing Madison, Inc. as we seek an individual to perform sample accession responsibilities in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ work experience in related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Customer service skills including: attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality and communication skills
• Ability to use a variety of computer applications and proficient at the department specific software used (NIMS) is preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs any combination of sample accession tasks including: opening, entering, tracking, labeling, shipping and disposition of stability samples
• Reviews sample inventory against samples to ensure accuracy and communicate discrepancies
• Communicates confirmation of sample receipt to clients, if appropriate
• Responsible for the coordination of sample movement to and from stability chambers
