Requirements

• Experience in software QA roles with a successful track record of implementing QA processes and improving software quality
• In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, testing techniques and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to efficiently identify and address quality issues
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Commitment to continuous improvement and passion for delivering quality software solutions to customers

Responsibilities

• Planning, control and execution of test activities in different phases of the software development cycle
• Coordinate acceptance testing activities, including manual testing and prioritization of bugs
• Working closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers and Customer Success to ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Define and enforce criteria for the release of stable releases
• Provide timely feedback and guidance to developers on bug fixes
• Implement feedback loops to address issues in a timely manner and ensure continuous improvement in the QA process
• Refine the process for stable releases based on feedback and performance metrics
