Requirements

  • Deep mastery of Angular, RxJS, and modern frontend architecture patterns
  • Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and introducing innovative solutions at scale
  • Expert-level understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript internals and performance optimization
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing large-scale Angular applications serving significant user bases
  • Deep understanding of micro-frontend architectures, module federation, and scalable state management approaches
  • Expert knowledge of advanced CSS architecture patterns, design systems, and web performance optimization
  • Strong background in establishing standards for accessibility, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility at an organizational level
  • Proven ability to establish testing strategies and frameworks that scale across multiple teams
  • Experience building automated testing infrastructures and implementing effective testing patterns for complex Angular applications
  • Deep expertise in frontend performance optimization, bundle size management, and application scalability
  • Experience with advanced debugging and profiling techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute technical roadmaps that align with business objectives
  • Experience making architectural decisions that balance immediate needs with long-term technical health
  • Track record of successfully leading technical initiatives that span multiple teams and applications
  • Ability to drive consensus on complex technical decisions across engineering organizations
  • The ability to travel occasionally for onsite Company meetings

Responsibilities

  • Shape and drive the technical direction of our frontend platform across multiple teams
  • Make critical architectural decisions that affect the entire frontend ecosystem, establishing patterns and practices that scale across applications
  • Lead the evolution of our component library and design system architecture
  • Define standards for reusability, accessibility, and performance that impact all frontend applications
  • Identify and champion transformative frontend initiatives
  • Lead the adoption of new technologies and approaches that significantly improve developer productivity and application performance across teams
  • Provide technical leadership across teams, mentor senior engineers, and influence organization-wide frontend practices
  • Be a key technical advisor to product and engineering leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12+ years of software engineering experience
  • Deep expertise in GraphQL architecture patterns and implementation
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform services and cloud-native architectures
  • Deep expertise in build tooling optimization and deployment strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of browser internals and web performance
  • Background in implementing large-scale design systems
  • Experience with advanced Angular patterns like custom decorators and meta-programming
  • Expertise in frontend security best practices and implementation
  • Track record of mentoring senior engineers and technical leads
  • Experience with frontend architecture in cloud-native environments
