Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in business administration, Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent in work experience
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in fast-paced software industry, preferably in the Mortgage or Financial Services Industries
- Familiarity with IT developments and business requirements
Responsibilities
- Liaison between IT Development, Business Units and external clients
- Act as a key liaison between the IT development group, business units and our external customers
- Facilitate effective communication for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
- Systems Requirements Evaluation
- Evaluate new applications and identify systems requirements
- Assess new IT developments and evolving business requirements, recommending appropriate systems alternatives and enhancements to current systems
- Communication and Presentation
- Prepare communications and make presentations on system enhancements and alternatives to both internal and external clients
- Effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Problem Solving and Analysis
- Solve technology information systems problems by analyzing requirements and existing systems
- Pseudo-design computer programs and recommend system controls and protocols
- Interface between Business and Technology
- Act as the interface or 'translator' between the business and technology functions of the company
- Work to understand overall business needs, create business cases, and define technical requirements
- Planning and Stakeholder Analysis
- Use planning, stakeholder analysis, risk assessment, organizational analysis, and interface analysis to drive successful project outcomes
- Apply writing skills and user experience knowledge to ensure the user interface aligns with project success
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in mortgage servicing, LoanServ system (Preferred)
