Staff Consultant

Summary

Join Nagarro, a global digital product engineering company, as a Salesforce Business Analyst specializing in Service Cloud. You will gather and document business requirements, collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders, support UAT and hypercare, and translate business needs into functional Salesforce features. This role requires proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, strong understanding of Service Cloud, proficiency in writing BRDs and user stories, and hands-on Agile experience. You will ensure on-time delivery in Agile environments and drive Service Cloud process improvements. The position demands excellent communication and collaboration skills, working across functional teams and time zones.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, ideally in Service and Sales Cloud environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities
• Proficiency in writing BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and user stories
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Salesforce project delivery
• Solid Salesforce administration skills: system configuration, automation, and optimization
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with business stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements
• Flexibility to collaborate within the EMEA time zone, while supporting a US-based client

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and process flows
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide input during the hypercare phase
• Translate business needs into functional Salesforce features and ensure system optimization
• Ensure on-time delivery of deliverables in Agile project environments
• Drive improvements in Service Cloud processes and configurations
