Join the HubSpot Partner Analytics team as a Staff Analyst and contribute to the success of the HubSpot Solutions Partner Program. You will leverage advanced analytical skills to provide data-driven insights, support strategic decision-making, and build visualizations for key stakeholders. This role involves close collaboration with various teams, including Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success, and Finance. You will be responsible for performing complex data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation, as well as assisting with annual planning and target setting. The position offers exposure to HubSpot's C-suite and significant growth opportunities. Requirements

• Exhibit autonomy and take ownership of projects; drive influence through innovation without needing step-by-step guidance
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of presenting to revenue-driven C-suite executives
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience, Python or R.. With visualization tools such as Looker/Tableau
• Are highly analytical and can leverage raw, unorganized data into actionable insights and repeatable, scalable reporting
• Can adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems
• Strong aptitude for defining key metrics and conducting analyses to derive actionable insights
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous working environment

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, operational and decision making support to the Partner Operations organization management and Revenue Operations leadership teams
• Support the partner program’s most complex data, reporting, and analytical challenges
• Drive ad-hoc analysis and make recommendations on key decisions based on data
• Compile analysis into visualizations that empower stakeholders to make educated data-driven decisions
• Be a company wide subject matter expert on partner operations metrics, data sets and trends
• Reconcile monthly Partner Operations performance against key metrics, identifying areas of opportunity to improve performance
• Assist with annual planning and target setting for the Partner Ops organization including forecasting, variance analysis and reporting
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations through model building and advanced analytics tied to strategic programs or ad-hoc
• Partner with functional teams to align our scaling and productivity efforts, identifying levers to drive the biggest and most impactful change across the organization
• Drive analytics to support large strategic initiatives, owning direction and development of analysis required to drive business decisions
• Perform ad hoc research as necessary to support Partner Operations leadership
• Collaborate and work cross functionally with operations peers across HubSpot to solve problems that span the breadth of our partner journey and ecosystem

Benefits

• Annual Cash Compensation Range$138,500 — $221,600 USD
• In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
• Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
