Summary

Join Canva's Global Marketing Research & Data team as a Marketing Measurement Analyst. You will develop innovative marketing measurement frameworks, translate modeling outputs into actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role requires deep knowledge of marketing measurement techniques (attribution, MMM, incrementality testing), strong communication skills, and experience with data analysis using SQL, Python, or R. Requirements

  • Communication is your superpower. You love asking the right questions to understand a problem and can influence stakeholders through data-driven story-telling
  • You have deep knowledge of marketing measurement, including attribution, MMM, incrementality testing, and assessing marketing efficiency
  • You’re capable of shifting seamlessly between overarching goals and detailed execution
  • You have a proven record of solving ambiguous problems and proactively uncovering hidden opportunities that drive business impact
  • You can own projects end-to-end with autonomy - from discovery, delivery to communication
  • You have competency with SQL and building data pipelines; experience with Snowflake and dBT is a plus!
  • You know how to wrangle and analyse data using Python or R
  • You’re experienced in working with international teams and understand the nuances of collaborating across cultures and markets
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a track record of owning high-impact projects and delivering results under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative marketing measurement frameworks, including attribution methodologies, marketing mix modelling (MMM), and incrementality testing, to assess the impact of our marketing investment across diverse regions
  • Closely collaborating with senior leadership to translate modelling and experimentation outputs into clear and actionable insights that drive both short and long-term decision-making
  • Coordinating with collaborators across Canva to shape analysis and recommendations. You will identify the opportunities and proactively rally people around the solutions
  • Serve as a thought leader and mentor in Marketing Measurement at Canva, aligning teams around key insights and acting as a driver of data literacy and best practices
