Summary

Join Temporal as a Staff Enablement Manager and develop a holistic enablement strategy aligned with the company's business goals. You will create and deliver technical and product enablement programs for the sales team, including onboarding, training, and workshops. This role requires a deep understanding of the enablement function in B2B software and the agency to build and define this function within a fast-growing company. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing and initially work independently, with potential for team growth. The estimated salary range is $136,000 - $170,000.

Requirements

  • Deeply understand the role an enablement function plays in accelerating the growth of a B2B software company
  • Possess a balance of creative and strategic skills, are comfortable working cross-functionally across the entire business, and are passionate about our startup ecosystem
  • Have a demonstrated ability to operate with empathy, agility, and flexibility in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment with team members, colleagues, and cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop a holistic enablement strategy that aligns with Temporal’s business goals
  • Develop and deliver technical and product enablement programs for the sales team, including contributions to new hire onboarding, training sessions, workshops, and supporting enablement content and job aids
  • Maintain our go-to-market hub of information and resources and partner with the product marketing team to build and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and customer-facing content
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs, track team performance improvements, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback from sales teams and customers and incorporate it into enablement strategies
  • Build a culture of enablement leadership
  • Prioritize the most impactful work and set clear expectations with your stakeholders
