Staff Engineer

Summary

Join Nagarro, a rapidly growing Digital Product Engineering company, as a Quadient Inspire expert. You will design, develop, and implement customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire and its related technologies. This role requires extensive experience with Quadient Inspire, including document composition, integration with other systems, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for writing high-quality code, understanding client needs, and leading solution implementation. A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field is required, along with 7+ years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Total Experience 7+ years
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire
• Strong working experience in Quadient Inspire Interactive
• Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing Quadient Inspire solutions to meet business requirements
• Hands-on experience in document composition workflows using Quadient Inspire
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Quadient Inspire software
• Experience integrating Quadient Inspire with other systems and applications
• Proficiency in creating personalized documents, templates, and forms using Quadient Inspire
• Strong understanding of customer communication management and document composition using Quadient Inspire
• Ability to describe how Quadient Inspire can be leveraged to create personalized customer documents and enhance customer experience
• Hands-on experience in creating dynamic templates in Quadient Inspire Engage for multi-channel delivery
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Write and review great quality code
• Understand functional requirements thoroughly and analyze the client’s needs in the context of the project
• Envision the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and be able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determine and implement design methodologies and tool sets
• Enable application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
• Be able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Create, understand and validate WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and be able to justify it
• Address issues promptly, respond positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Give constructive feedback to the team members and set clear expectations
• Help the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Come up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and be able to justify the decision taken
• Carry out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
