Summary

Join our team as a Pega developer! We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to implement Pega-based solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, design scalable solutions, and ensure timely project delivery. Expertise in Pega PRPC, integration with external systems, and process modeling is crucial. You will also conduct peer reviews, contribute to pre-sales activities, and stay updated on the latest Pega trends. This role requires 6-9 years of Pega experience and Pega CSSA certification.

Requirements

  • Have 6-9 years of Pega experience
  • Have Pega CSSA certification
  • Have knowledge of Pega products such as Customer Service Developer, CDH, etc
  • Be familiar and comfortable in the domains of process modelling, process monitoring, smart services, process improvement, business rules, and business event-based technologies
  • Have good knowledge of BPM architecture patterns, best practices, and design principles
  • Be willing to travel for short-duration assignments (client meetings, workshops, technical discussions, PoC demonstrations)
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Implement Pega-based solutions for clients
  • Work with project managers, business analysts, architects and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable, efficient, and robust solutions on the Pega platform
  • Be an expert in Pega PRPC project implementations that leverage the full capabilities of the Pega Suite
  • Be an expert in implementation experience in integration of Pega with DB, web services, external systems, etc
  • Be an expert in Pega process modeler, reporting, UI design, business rules development and management, content and case management, etc
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, architect, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality of Pega projects
  • Conduct peer reviews and code audits to ensure compliance with Pega development standards and best practices
  • Help create proprietary accelerators, utilities, and reusable components to improve project delivery
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities (RFPs, RFIs, technical point of views, PoCs) and showcase thought leadership (white papers, webinars, blogs)
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in Pega and related technologies. Drive awareness in the technical community
