You will design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions, leveraging LWC, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Responsibilities include writing high-quality code, understanding client needs, envisioning solutions, and leading UAT and production rollouts. You will mentor junior developers and troubleshoot complex issues. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.

Requirements

• Have hands on experience in Lighting web component (LWC)
• Have strong working experience in Sales Cloud and Experience cloud
• Have expertise in Salesforce declarative features, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies
• Have a strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools and best practices for process optimization
• Total Experience 7+ years
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions, customizations, and enhancements to meet business requirements
• Implement data modeling, object relationships, and data migration tasks within Salesforce
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process builder configurations
• Design, develop, and maintain Lightning applications and components for a seamless user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and new features, and recommend their application to improve business processes
• Document technical specifications, solution designs, and coding standards
• Mentor junior developers, sharing best practices and insights
• Write and review great quality code
• Understand functional requirements thoroughly and analyse the clients needs in the context of the project
• Envision the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and be able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determine and implement design methodologies and tool sets
• Enable application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
• Lead/support UAT and production roll outs
• Create, understand and validate WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and be able to justify it
• Address issues promptly, respond positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Give constructive feedback to the team members and set clear expectations
• Help the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
• Come up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and be able to justify the decision taken
• Carry out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
