Summary

Rialtic is seeking a Staff Engineer with 10+ years of software development experience to join their Engines & Data team. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Python packages for healthcare policy engines, collaborating with cross-functional teams on machine learning opportunities, and serving as a technical lead. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Python, data and ML systems, and AWS, among other qualifications.

Requirements

• 10+ years hands-on experience as a software developer in a professional environment and working with production systems
• 5+ years of experience working in Python and on Python applications, including Python dependency management, packaging and publishing tools as well as Python libraries commonly used in machine learning
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data and ML systems, including selecting, building, refining and maintaining machine learning and statistical models

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, maintain and improve Python packages that implement healthcare policies and concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define machine learning opportunities that align with our product roadmap
