Summary

Capital Markets Gateway (CMG) is seeking a highly skilled Front-End Engineer to join their team. The role involves ownership over core front-end architecture, delivering high-value features, training engineers, enhancing developer experience, and proactively identifying areas of improvement. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ years building UIs with advanced React experience, 5+ years building backend services, and a deep understanding of full stack architecture.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering
• 5+ years building UIs (with advanced React experience)
• 5+ years building backend services (day-to-day at CMG will not entail backend development, but this role requires a deep understanding of full stack architecture)

Responsibilities

• Ownership over core front-end architecture (shared with other front-end leads)
• Delivering high-value, high-complexity product features
• Training engineers, driving consistency, and creating re-usable patterns
• Enhancing the developer experience
• Proactively identifying areas of improvement and acting on them
