Requirements
- Bachelor's/ masterβs degree in Industrial engineering/supply chain management
- 3+ years of experience in operations/ supply chain
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, such as data visualization and machine learning
Responsibilities
- Plan and forecast volume mix (quantity and PB) for both short and long-term financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with growth plans by segment, TAM/share goals, and product transitions
- Drive consensus between various teams, including Business Unit (BU) and Finance leads, through alignment meetings such as regional L2 meetings, Volume review meetings, and revenue meetings
- Coordinate with regional demand planners to gather sales inputs and align growth objectives
- Disaggregate forecasts using Rapid Planning Tool (RPT) to a granular level (product family and region) essential for long-term material and capacity planning
- Collaborate with regional demand planners to analyze trends for outbound forecast alignment and execution improvement
- Enhance Consumer Solutions IBP process through improved utilization of data analytics and data visualization for data-driven decision-making
- Coordinate with the data science team and expand the usage of machine learning models to further improve forecast accuracy
