Staff Industrial Engineer

This position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management, 3+ years of experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

• Bachelor's/ master’s degree in Industrial engineering/supply chain management
• 3+ years of experience in operations/ supply chain
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, such as data visualization and machine learning

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast volume mix (quantity and PB) for both short and long-term financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with growth plans by segment, TAM/share goals, and product transitions
• Drive consensus between various teams, including Business Unit (BU) and Finance leads, through alignment meetings such as regional L2 meetings, Volume review meetings, and revenue meetings
• Coordinate with regional demand planners to gather sales inputs and align growth objectives
• Disaggregate forecasts using Rapid Planning Tool (RPT) to a granular level (product family and region) essential for long-term material and capacity planning
• Collaborate with regional demand planners to analyze trends for outbound forecast alignment and execution improvement
• Enhance Consumer Solutions IBP process through improved utilization of data analytics and data visualization for data-driven decision-making
• Coordinate with the data science team and expand the usage of machine learning models to further improve forecast accuracy
