• You're proactive in conducting user research, employing creative methods to uncover deep insights that drive your design decisions
• You've played a key role in contributing to, advocating for, and evolving a design system
• You have a history of effectively selling your design ideas and negotiating decisions with stakeholders
• You're great at navigating ambiguity, making informed decisions with incomplete information, and adapting your designs to rapidly changing business needs and feedback
• Thrive under minimal supervision in fast-paced environments, not being afraid to wear multiple hats when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• You have propensity towards LLMs and AI or have built in the AI space
• You're familiar with crafting delightful micro-interactions through apps like Rive, Jitter, Lottie, etc
• Your are familiar with front-end technologies to bridge the gap between design and development
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities
