Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MS, PhD) a plus
- 7+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS/PaaS/IaaS/cloud, telemetry, edge, or AI products for B2B. Previous experience in industrial automation and robotics is highly preferred
- Managed lifecycle of multiple products with multiple years of incremental releases
- Successfully defined and adhered to release cadences that provide incremental value to customers while incorporating learnings for the development team
- A strong customer focus for understanding customer needs and translating them into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements
- Strong experience in tactical executionโbreaking down high-level goals into detailed, actionable features and managing them through to completion
- Experience building and prioritizing feature-centric product roadmaps
- Experience writing Product Requirement Documents and Jira initiatives/epics for feature definition
- Experience managing a product backlog and iterative software releases
- Analytical skills to quantify impact of features and utilize data for prioritization
- Experience in Agile development, with ability to manage multiple scrum teams effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment (engineering, design, marketing, operations, sales, etc), and leading without direct authority
- Go to Market experience taking a product through launch strategy, defining value proposition, pricing, and promotion. Experience managing beta engagements
- Capable of delivering content to support product launches and tools for sales
- Experience developing financial models (ROI, TCO, pricing models, forecasts)
- Great communicator and presenter, capable of presenting to executive stakeholders and customers
- Developed and managed multi year product roadmaps
Responsibilities
- Manage the End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Oversee the full product lifecycle of Agility Arc, from initial release planning, to feature definition, UX/UI concepting, development, testing, release management, beta planning, and release support. Ensure that on each phase of the product lifecycle the customer requirements are captured, followed, and achieved. Develop collateral and work alongside teams for execution. Ensure product exceeds customer satisfaction
- Define Product Requirements (Epics): Serve as main lead of product level requirements for Agility Arc, creating and managing product epics in Jira for both the application layer and the infrastructure layer of the cloud platform, with clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Work closely with scrum teams to break down product epics into eng tasks and with UI designers for concepting, storyboarding, and mockups. Translate customer and internal needs into clear, actionable technical specifications
- Roadmap Management: Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals. Ensure alignment across teams and keep the product development process on track, meeting critical deadlines. Drive quarterly planning process for software feature development, and manage the planning and execution of the software release
- Prioritize Features & Backlog: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, evaluating trade-offs based on factors such as technical feasibility, customer value, and resource constraints. Work closely with engineering to ensure priorities are aligned with the overall product strategy
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between engineering, design, commercial, and customers, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the product vision and user experience goals. Facilitate clear communication to keep everyone focused on delivering valuable, customer-driven features
- Customer pilot support and iteration: Ensure that customer pilots are aligned with the roadmap. Lead the iteration process for each release cycle, gathering feedback from beta users to refine and optimize features. Ensure that the releases meet customer expectations, gather learning, and use them to prioritize future roadmap features
- Product launch: Develop product launch deliverables in collaboration with marketing and commercial teams
- Work with a Remote Team and Department: Collaborate effectively with remote teams and departments across multiple time zones. Ensure smooth communication, alignment on goals, and effective execution of tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a remote team
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or related industries
- Experience in B2B product management
- Experience working with humanoid robot platforms, or any robotics-related hardware development
- Familiarity with robot software, simulation, and testing platforms
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using project management tools like Jira or Confluence
