Requirements
- Product Management Expertise: Proven experience in product management with a track record of delivering successful digital products, particularly in complex or data-sensitive domains
- Strategic & Operational Balance: Demonstrated ability to navigate and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment with competing strategic and operational demands, specifically managing interactions with operations and CX teams without compromising strategic product development
- Problem-Solving & User Focus: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to understand user behavior and product usage patterns to identify and address issues such as feature misuse
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills to effectively articulate complex product concepts, strategies, and operational guidelines to engineers, designers, business teams, and external stakeholders
- Prioritization & Time Management: Exceptional time management and planning skills, with a proven ability to prioritize critical tasks and strategic initiatives amidst a high volume of operational requests
- Documentation & Organization: Highly organized with a strong aptitude for creating and maintaining clear, comprehensive product documentation in a fast-paced environment
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including corporate clients, internal teams (Engineering, UX, Analytics, Operations, CX), and leadership
- English Communication: Able to write and communicate in English, which is essential for effective collaboration with diverse international teams and stakeholders, and for maintaining clear product documentation
- Prior experience in product management in digital products are mandatory requirements
Responsibilities
- Drive the transformation of complex eligibility management processes into intuitive and smooth experiences for corporate clients, directly improving user satisfaction and reducing operational overhead
- Strategically enhance the eligible employee database to improve its health and optimize the top of the end-user conversion funnel
- Balance daily operational demands from CX and Operations teams with long-term product strategy, ensuring critical user issues are addressed while advancing the product vision
- Develop and implement product strategies that strengthen the relationship between Wellhub and corporate clients, leading to increased adoption and retention of Wellhub as a corporate benefit
- Translate deep understanding of client needs and product personas into clear requirements and actionable product initiatives
- Establish and maintain comprehensive product documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across all stakeholders, given the product's complexity and impact on the entire business
- Proactively identify and address potential misuse of features to prevent data integrity issues in the eligible employee database
