Summary
Join Lightspeed's Golf team as a Staff Product Manager (PM IV) and own the product direction, strategy, and implementation for a key area of the golf product. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define priorities and shape your roadmap. The role focuses on centralizing reporting and data, unifying the experience for courses using third-party integrations, and augmenting the API. This dynamic position requires collaboration with multiple teams, adaptability, and ownership in solving customer pain points. Requirements
- Successful candidates must have a proven product management track record in SaaS products at scale
- 5-8 years of experience in product management ideally within ecommerce and/or SaSS products
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams, driving product vision, and executing product roadmaps in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to a diverse audience, including senior leadership, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders
- A deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology, with a customer-centric approach to solving problems and delivering value
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to forge strong relationships across the organization, influence without authority, and lead teams toward shared goals and successful outcomes
- Expertise in product management and Agile/Scrum product development life cycles, as well as building and delivering high-quality software on time
- A solid understanding of setting, measuring, and improving product success metrics
- Familiarity working in parallel with multiple squads across different time-zones
- Ability to lead client discovery, solutioning, and alignment conversations
- Understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping tools
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for a key area of Golfβs three-year vision
- Work closely with engineering, design, integration partnerships, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of the critical Golf features
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to ensure the product meets business objectives and delivers value to our integrators and our courses
- Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and opportunities

- Retail and eCommerce industry experience
