Summary

Join SentinelOne's Singularity Platform product team as an experienced Product Manager to lead a unified customer experience across all products. You will have a significant impact on customers and lead cross-company initiatives, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and other departments. This hands-on role involves defining product requirements, collaborating with UX teams, prioritizing roadmaps, and developing product analytics capabilities. You will also lead the SentinelOne developer experience and work with teams across multiple global locations. The position requires 5+ years of experience in product management at enterprise-level SaaS organizations and a deep commitment to user experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management at enterprise-level SaaS organizations
  • Experience working with products with a heavy UX focus
  • Deep commitment to user experience and delight
  • A proven track record as a Platform PM who can collaborate with other PMs and multiple departments across the organization
  • An action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals and short-term objectives
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology
  • Proven ability to work effectively with local and remote teams in different time zones
  • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead vision and strategy for the product console, ensuring it aligns with the company strategy and customer needs, and develop and maintain product roadmap
  • Define product requirements and deliver UI standards, including Design System, Accessibility compliance, Localization, and UI component library
  • Align and coordinate all domain product teams in prioritizing platform roadmap and delivering a unified user customer experience e.g for Global Nav updates
  • Work with UX design and UX research team on designs validated by research to deliver the best user experience for our customers
  • Work closely with sales geo leadership to prioritize product localization and accessibility requirements
  • Lead and develop product analytics capabilities, including in-product A/B testing, workflow analytics, and consumption metrics to understand end-user and customer behaviors that enable product teams to make data-centric decisions for their roadmaps
  • Lead and develop in-console guided walkthrough capability that enables product teams to promote targeted content throughout the console (ex, video walkthrough for new features)
  • Lead and drive the SentinelOne developer experience, including core systems such as the delivery pipeline and standardized architecture

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with customer behavior dashboards
  • Previous experience with content localization and accessibility
  • Previous experience with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Figma
