Summary

Temporal is hiring a Staff PM for Governance and Security to drive initiatives for access and integration efforts that improve adoption of their core product. The role involves working closely with enterprise customers to understand their needs for identity and access controls, resource provisioning, compliance, and integration into their systems and processes. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a product manager and strong familiarity with how software teams function.

Requirements

• Proven success as a product manager in online services, with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience; 8+ years preferred
• Experience in developing or significantly revising features or machinery for managing users, access controls, resource allocation, and/or compliance

Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap for solving problems around access and integration efforts that drive adoption of our core product
• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their needs for managing identity and access controls, resource provisioning, compliance, and integration into their systems and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define and communicate the high-level strategy for how we will ensure customers can easily adopt and expand their use of Temporal
