Staff Product Manager in Canada

Summary

The job is for a Staff Product Manager at Wonolo's Supply Tech Team. The role involves collaborating with Engineering and Design to develop mobile applications used by Wonoloers (workers on the platform) and setting a roadmap for product development. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in product management, experience building mobile apps, strategic thinking skills, and data-driven problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Experience building mobile apps

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear, ambitious, and rigorous product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, connecting user needs with business objectives
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, defining problems to solve, ideating solutions, prioritizing requirements, managing timelines, and monitoring post-release performance
• Lead the product development process and drive product priorities by understanding your end user's needs through research and various types of experimentation, testing/prototyping

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing B2C products at scale
• Experience in HR tech or jobs marketplaces
• SQL skills
• Experience with product instrumentation and analytics stack (tools like Segment, Amplitude, and Looker)
