Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a product operational role closely aligned with product and engineering teams
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding user experience and the ability to develop a deep understanding of complex products and their use cases
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to push back when necessary, build strong relationships, and effectively manage multiple senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis, BI tools (SQL, Looker, Snowflake, Datadog, Excel/Sheets) and superior presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations
  • Strong empathy for user problems and the ability to build effective solutions that address their needs
  • Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Problem-focused and solutions-oriented mindset, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on approach

Responsibilities

  • Lead large cross-functional projects: Take charge of driving and managing significant projects aimed at enhancing our product
  • Seek information and build the product: Proactively seek information to solve conceptual problems and actively contribute to building and refining our product
  • Drive GTM and global rollouts: Be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and leading global rollouts of our fintech product
  • Identify root causes and architect solutions: Investigate and analyze issues related to the fintech product, identifying their root causes and designing effective solutions
  • Design and implement operational systems and processes: Contribute to the design and implementation of sophisticated operational systems and processes that optimize the efficiency and scalability of our fintech operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • General technical knowledge of software development processes, particularly designing and building integrations, is a significant advantage
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, product-driven tech company
