Summary

As a Product Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of multiple products handling billions of dollars annually. You will lead two teams, balancing short-term and long-term goals to achieve company objectives. Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience in Product Management in a fast pace environment (ideally scale up/start-up)
- Experience in building products that optimise for Efficiency, Quality or connected to Process Management
- Strong product strategy and tactical sense
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong escalation management skills
- Be willing and able to be hands on when needed
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution of multiple products that enable Payroll Processing for our Clients, their Employees and our Internal Operations which moves billions of dollars each year
- Orchestrate 2 teams (each team has their own mix of Product Designers, Product Operations, FE and BE Engineers, QA, Data Analysts and operations according to its purpose)
- Balance short term and long term work in order to achieve company OKRs
- Manage escalations externally and internally in order to make sure that we can always deliver a timely and error free experience for our clients
- Build and rollout industry leading solutions to complex problems in a high dependency environment across 150 countries
- Effectively drive collaborate with all internal stakeholders in order to achieve your OKRs
- Be part of the journey to redefine payroll all round the world
Preferred Qualifications
- Previously worked in Payroll or HR related industry
- Preferably based in EMEA, or Americas ET timezones
- Experience with Scrum
- Experience with Jira
