Staff Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Summary

Join our dynamic and global Digital Product Engineering company as a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Consultant! In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, designing and implementing personalized marketing automation strategies using SFMC. You will translate client marketing objectives into scalable solutions, develop and optimize email campaigns, and integrate SFMC with other applications. Your expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, and other SFMC tools will be crucial. You will also provide training and support to clients. This position requires strong client-facing and communication skills, along with extensive experience in SFMC implementation and consulting.

Requirements

• Must have Skills: Spanish
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and consulting
• Hands-on expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Cloud Pages
• Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs for customization and automation
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand marketing objectives and translate them into scalable SFMC solutions
• Design and implement customer journeys, automation workflows, and segmentation strategies
• Develop and optimize email campaigns using AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript within SFMC
• Configure and integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party applications via APIs and data extensions
• Provide training, best practices, and ongoing support to drive marketing automation success
• Stay updated on SFMC innovations and recommend enhancements

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred
