Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud-native software engineering, architecture, or solutions engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and modern DevOps practices
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Go, or JavaScript, with experience in automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools and their application in automating tasks and improving workflows
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable, cloud-native architectures that drive efficiency
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, with a track record of working across engineering, product, and business teams
  • Expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and security best practices
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi), and monitoring/logging tools
  • Understanding of AI-assisted engineering, including code generation tools, automation platforms, and ML-powered decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Apply cloud-native engineering best practices to enhance service delivery and partner enablement
  • Develop and maintain AI-driven automation tools to streamline workflows and content generation
  • Design and implement technical frameworks that drive efficiency and scalability
  • Inspire out-of-the-box thinking and innovation by educating colleagues on the capabilities of generative AI
  • Design and deploy automated systems to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and democratize access to knowledge
  • Leverage AI and ML tools to accelerate content creation, partner enablement, and operational improvements
  • Create reusable engineering patterns and frameworks to ensure scalability across the organization
  • Build solutions that help partners and internal teams adopt cloud-native security best practices
  • Implement technical feedback loops that capture insights from engineers, partners, and customers to drive innovation
  • Develop and document best practices for AI-assisted development and automation
  • Identify technical gaps in partner and customer engagements, proposing innovative solutions to improve outcomes
  • Develop tools and frameworks to support iterative learning, faster decision-making, and service innovation
  • Mentor and coach internal teams on modern software development, AI-assisted engineering, and DevOps methodologies
