Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on regulatory compliance, AI/ML, or complex workflows
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex products or features in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify regulatory patterns and develop proactive AI/ML solutions
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex regulatory and technical concepts
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
  • Research and stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and changes across different jurisdictions
  • Identify patterns and develop proactive plans to address state-level variability through AI/ML solutions
  • Work closely with data science teams to integrate AI/ML models that enhance the product's ability to manage and predict regulatory compliance
  • Ensure the AI/ML models are trained on relevant data sets and continuously improved to meet regulatory standards
  • Utilize deep technical knowledge to understand and translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product specifications
  • Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch evaluation
  • Ensure timely delivery of product milestones, managing risks and dependencies effectively
