Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience in a tech-focused company
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development processes; familiarity with AI and machine learning is a plus
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop strategic product roadmaps and make data-driven decisions
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for clear and effective cross-functional collaboration
• Background in AI or Machine Learning
• Leadership: Experience leading project teams and inspiring team members to achieve high performance
• Agile Experience: In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Asana

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product vision and strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals
• Manage Product Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end management of the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including gathering requirements, defining product specifications, and coordinating with engineering teams
• Customer Interaction: Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs to enhance product features
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and market research to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a cohesive product strategy and successful go-to-market execution
