• AI Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience leveraging and implementing AI technologies to transform workflows and drive innovation, with demonstrated ability to architect solutions that go beyond basic prompt engineering
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience partnering with engineering teams building and deploying internal tools using a variety of AI technologies
• Advocacy Skills: Passion for AI and the ability to articulate its value to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering adoption across diverse teams

Responsibilities

• Identify Opportunities for AI Adoption: Analyze workflows across EPAD and other teams to uncover opportunities where AI solutions can increase efficiency, scalability, or innovation
• Advocate for AI Usage: Be a strong advocate for AI usage, developing compelling narratives, training material, and owning initiatives that encourage adoption across technical and non-technical projects
• Partner and Innovate: Collaborate closely with engineering teams and use your expertise to develop and deliver impactful internal AI solutions tailored to specific business needs
• Drive Programs: Design, develop, and lead organization-wide AI programs, ensuring they are impactful, well-structured, and scalable
• Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for AI vendors including: evaluating offers, managing negotiations, and handling vendor relationships
