Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or a related field and 7+ years of relevant experience (or Master's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or PhD and 2+ years of relevant experience)
  • Familiarity with bring up, integration and testing of sensor pipelines (camera, radar, lidar)
  • Experience with the development of design HW FMEAs & critical / important characteristics lists and how these relate to PFMEAs and control plans in the manufacturing environment
  • Deep knowledge of HW, ESW, OS interactions and failure modes
  • Embedded Software development - Low-level board bring up, Board support package (BSP) configuration and integration BSPs into the SW stack
  • Systems & Test - Experience with SW FMEAs, SOTIF/STPAs, FTAs and process of driving findings through to design changes / improvements, test coverage, Sensor interfaces with centralized ECU architecture, including controls, state machines, timing/alignment, state machine, Supplier and customer management/interfaces including but not limited to managing PPAP, manufacturing processes, etc
  • Strong problem-solving abilities - able to formulate solutions quickly by using a breadth and depth of knowledge / connections / etc
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience and strong background with modern project/software management processes and tools, e.g., agile, scrum, Jira, MSProject/SmartSheets, and Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Engineering, Product leaders, and other TPM groups to streamline processes; simplify execution, manage timelines and risks to help the teams with execution
  • Define projects, collect requirements, develop detailed implementation plans, maintain alignment, and monitor program status across multiple activities to reduce or remove dependencies
  • Increase visibility and strengthen communication across the teams
  • Develop a technical understanding of the entirety of the program across the entire lifecycle
