Staff Technical Program Manager

Summary

Join ServiceNow as an Engineering Program Manager and lead the successful execution and delivery of flexible and holistic programs and processes. You will identify problems others missed, make reasoned decisions, and proactively identify the best path forward. Advocate and champion program management processes throughout the product development lifecycle, working on new, complex, high-priority initiatives while meeting tight deadlines. Apply your experience to model, prototype, and iterate on existing solutions. Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
• 8+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size technology companies, working hand in hand with engineering and product leaders
• Leads (or significantly contributes to) large, cross-functional initiatives
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and complexity while driving successful outcomes
• Critical thinker and proactive problem solver who can lead without authority
• Acts as a change ambassador by promoting and communicating new ideas to propel innovative and scalable solutions across our organization
• Communicates with candor and empathy while sharing learnings from individual and team experiences to drive continual improvement for self and others
• Experience working on and managing large projects or programs with cross-functional teams
• Experience utilizing software to keep projects organized, track metrics, and report on progress
