Staking Analyst

Summary

Join Nimbus, a research team developing an Ethereum client and library for embedded systems, as a Lido Staking Analyst. You will be responsible for strategizing and collaborating to enhance Nimbus's Lido fleet, maximizing profits and ensuring competitiveness. This role involves owning the staking strategy roadmap for profitability and long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate possesses deep DeFi experience, expertise in Lido-derived asset portfolio management, and experience with MEV and other similar opportunities. Experience with other liquid staking solutions and stakeholder collaboration is also crucial. The hiring process involves interviews with our People Ops team and Nimbus team members.

Requirements

• Be deeply embedded in the DeFi space
• Have experience in assets/portfolio management based on Lido-derived assets
• Have experience capturing private order flows and building blocks (MEV; private mem pools) and other mev-like opportunities
• Have experience in other liquid staking solutions besides Lido (you have worked on staking expansion strategies)
• Have experience optimising staking costs
• Be dedicated to optimising and keeping up to date with the developments in the space
• Have experience working with external stakeholders
• Have strong collaboration skills across fully remote, distributed teams
