Summary

Requirements
- Demonstrate minimum 3 yearsβ experience leading successful complex, high-value transformation, and change initiatives, preferably in large, multinational organizations
- Demonstrate depth of finance knowledge and business acumen obtained from previous experience of projects and programs
- Hold project management qualifications, such as PMP, Prince
- Possess a university degree/BSc in Economics (in the field of finance, accounting)
- Have a high level of analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Possess very good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Have excellent English skills; effective and clear communication, both verbal and written
- Be self-motivated, well organized, able to prioritize work to meet deadlines, possess good listening skills, excellent teamwork, problem-solving skills, and work effectively under pressure
- Have the ability to work as part of a team
- Have readiness for business trips (several times a year)
Responsibilities
- Manage complex projects in the area of finance process standardization in terms of scope, cost, timelines, resources, risk, change, and communication
- Plan, coordinate, and execute project deliverables within specific project phases
- Manage c-suite stakeholders and project governance steering
- Manage cross-department and cross-location project teams, providing leadership, coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure achievement of project goals and timelines
- Drive change across the finance organization towards globally harmonized processes and best practices
- Keep project documentation according to defined requirements
- Provide project-level management reporting, including milestone tracking, forecasts, risks, issues, and overall project RAG status
- Support reporting tasks on the project portfolio
- Process and archive information resources
- Ensure compliance of projects with all internal policies, standards, and organizational plans
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of PM tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday
