Finance Business Partner

Summary

Join Experian's FP&A Team in Costa Rica as a Finance Business Partner, managing FP&A functions for ECS D2C in North America. This critical role involves close collaboration with senior executives (CFO, SVPs, VPs) and finance teams across North America. You will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis, leading month-end close processes, facilitating executive communication, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and driving continuous improvement projects. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, 7+ years of progressive finance experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA as an ideal
• Over 7 years of progressive finance experience, including month-end processes, reporting, GL and budget management
• Ability to support finance professionals with a focus on customer service and responsiveness
• Experience in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and P&L analysis
• Ability working with all organizational levels, including senior leaders
• Advanced English level and proficiency in Excel and familiar with financial systems and tools such as OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase, and SmartView

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and budget reporting and analysis for Regional North America, ensuring accurate financial insights
• Lead month-end close, forecast, and budget processes for ECS D2C Costs, collaborating with finance teams to ensure completion
• Facilitate meetings and discussions with senior executives (CFO, SVP, VPs) to explain financials and lead informed decision-making
• Create ad-hoc analysis reports to explore multiple scenarios and identify opportunities for ECS D2C functions and teams
• Promote standardization, process efficiencies, and system automation, while collaborating with finance and technical teams to enhance data quality and forecasting accuracy
