Summary
Join Confiant, a leader in cybersecurity, as a Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue growth by selling enterprise solutions in the AdTech security space. This senior-level role involves managing the full sales cycle for mid-to-enterprise organizations, positioning our SaaS cybersecurity solutions as crucial tools. You will collaborate with sales leadership to expand market presence and build relationships with key decision-makers. The position requires a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly within cybersecurity or AdTech. Confiant offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, uncapped commission, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Proven track record of 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within cybersecurity or AdTech industries, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
- Demonstrated success in enterprise solution selling with experience closing complex, high-value deals
- Strong understanding of the AdTech ecosystem and how cybersecurity solutions integrate within it
- Excellence in consultative selling techniques and ability to craft compelling value propositions
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, particularly in engaging with senior executives
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot) and modern sales tools
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as threat detection, ad fraud prevention, and compliance
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, employing a consultative selling approach to position our solutions for mid-to-enterprise level organizations in the AdTech and cybersecurity space
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet and exceed revenue targets, focusing on new business opportunities through market research, networking, and existing relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, deeply understanding their needs and articulating how our cybersecurity solutions address their specific challenges and goals
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow-ups, and detailed documentation of all customer interactions
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, identifying opportunities for account expansion through upselling and cross-selling
- Partner with sales engineering, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and impactful presentations, while providing valuable feedback on customer needs and market trends
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, cybersecurity threats, and AdTech developments, positioning yourself as a trusted expert in the field
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience selling security technology solutions to AdTech companies
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and ad-serving technologies
- Existing relationships within the AdTech industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
