Summary
Join AssistRx as a Senior Account Manager and cultivate strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturing partners. You will work closely with pharmaceutical executives, ensuring they maximize the value of iAssist's services. This role involves presenting new ideas and innovations, upselling products, and acting as a liaison between brand teams and AssistRx stakeholders. You will be responsible for strategic partnership development, client advising, problem resolution, and service delivery. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of experience in customer support/sales, and experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of experience working in a customer support and/or sales capacity role
- Experience working for or in Pharma
- Experience working with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams is essential
- Technical skills are a must
Responsibilities
- Form strategic partnerships with clients by developing a working knowledge of their business goals, technical challenges and infrastructure configurations to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Establish and maintain a role as advisor to clients and colleagues
- Present new ideas and innovations to clients to upsell and enhance their products and services
- Research high-level solutions for the client
- Develop the relationship with the client through regular meetings/conference calls to review service quality and ensure they are receiving maximum benefit from iAssistβs features and benefits
- Work with Client Services to solve complex support issues effectively
- Manage the delivery of recommended/agreed-upon services to achieve high client satisfaction and trust
- Determine the most effective method of problem resolution by utilizing internal resources when necessary
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and service

- Participate in client quarterly reviews, attend annual Plan Of Action meetings and other travel as needed
- Plan milestones and track progress
- Effectively keep others adequately informed by presenting information to everyone involved
- Ability to effectively express ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form
- Exhibit good listening skills and comprehension

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management, HUB Operations or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management strongly desired
