Strategic Account Manager

Summary

Join Eagle Eye Networks as a Strategic Account Manager and play a key role in fostering relationships with major resellers. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to boost sales. This position involves managing three to five key accounts, providing sales training, meeting sales quotas, and building strong, long-term partnerships. You will need to present solutions, address customer inquiries, and travel approximately 50% of the time. Requirements

• Ability to present to groups of people in person and via webinar
• Proficiency in the use of presentation and spreadsheet software
• Proven work experience as an account manager or key account manager
• Sales experience in a B2B environment
• Hands-on experience with CRM software and/or account management systems
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
• Availability to travel 50% of the time
• Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide sales training and support to strategic partner branch offices
• Deliver sales presentations to branch offices
• Achieve assigned strategic account objectives
• Establish strong, long-term strategic partner relationships
• Suggest solutions that meet customer needs
• Handle questions and issues in a timely and effective manner
