Requirements
- Client-Focused: You excel at building relationships and understanding client needs

- Experience with lifecycle marketing: You understand how to leverage the email and mobile messaging channels to drive customer engagement and retention
- Strong Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas
- Proactive Problem Solver: You anticipate challenges, identify risks, and collaborate to find solutions
- Experienced Professional: You bring 3+ years of account management or client services experience, ideally in a marketing or technology setting
Responsibilities
- Manage Client Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Be the day-to-day customer contact, ensuring customers feel supported and informed
- Own customer satisfaction KPI and address concerns promptly
- Be a Trusted Advisor
- Collaborate with client and internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with the client’s goals and objectives to guide their priorities
- Cultivate an informed point of view as the customer’s strategic partner
- Project Intake and Oversight
- Conduct thorough intake on new assignments and write clear briefs to guide internal teams
- Assist in drafting Statements of Work and maintaining accurate billing processes
- Oversee campaigns, working closely with Project Management and Campaign Management to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and in alignment with customer goals
- Performance Monitoring
- Use internal dashboards to monitor client product usage and generate insightful reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare presentation of campaign results and data-driven recommendations
- Team Leadership
