Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage Client Relationships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • Be the day-to-day customer contact, ensuring customers feel supported and informed
  • Own customer satisfaction KPI and address concerns promptly
  • Be a Trusted Advisor
  • Collaborate with client and internal teams to develop strategic plans that align with the client’s goals and objectives to guide their priorities
  • Cultivate an informed point of view as the customer’s strategic partner
  • Project Intake and Oversight
  • Conduct thorough intake on new assignments and write clear briefs to guide internal teams
  • Assist in drafting Statements of Work and maintaining accurate billing processes
  • Oversee campaigns, working closely with Project Management and Campaign Management to ensure that campaigns are executed effectively and in alignment with customer goals
  • Performance Monitoring
  • Use internal dashboards to monitor client product usage and generate insightful reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare presentation of campaign results and data-driven recommendations
  • Team Leadership
