Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in proptech SaaS sales
- Results-Driven - A resilient, goal-oriented mindset capable of driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles
- Proven ability to conduct effective meetings that drive client decisions, gather necessary information for service execution, and provide informative feedback
- Proficiency in reporting performance using company tools/systems, with a keen eye for identifying areas/services for improvement
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) tailored to diverse audiences, adjusting the message based on the recipient's role
- Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to influence teams and individuals
- Exceptional prioritisation skills to ensure timely meeting of deadlines
Responsibilities
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a healthy flow of opportunities
- Lead in key deals, managing top-tier negotiations
- Analyze sales metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
- Provide accurate revenue forecasting and assess deal closure probabilities
- Foster long-term relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
- Participate in high-stakes customer meetings to drive deals and renewals
- Align with the Business Development and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation
- Work closely with Product teams to provide insights that shape product enhancements
- Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and the competitive landscape
- Gather customer and sales team feedback to refine go-to-market strategies
- Report on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and progress towards goals to the global leadership team
Preferred Qualifications
Industry Experience - Knowledge of commercial property, asset management, or leasing is a plus
