The ideal candidate possesses over 3 years of client-facing experience in proptech SaaS sales and a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles. Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in proptech SaaS sales
  • Results-Driven - A resilient, goal-oriented mindset capable of driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles
  • Proven ability to conduct effective meetings that drive client decisions, gather necessary information for service execution, and provide informative feedback
  • Proficiency in reporting performance using company tools/systems, with a keen eye for identifying areas/services for improvement
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) tailored to diverse audiences, adjusting the message based on the recipient's role
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to influence teams and individuals
  • Exceptional prioritisation skills to ensure timely meeting of deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a healthy flow of opportunities
  • Lead in key deals, managing top-tier negotiations
  • Analyze sales metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasting and assess deal closure probabilities
  • Foster long-term relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
  • Participate in high-stakes customer meetings to drive deals and renewals
  • Align with the Business Development and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation
  • Work closely with Product teams to provide insights that shape product enhancements
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and the competitive landscape
  • Gather customer and sales team feedback to refine go-to-market strategies
  • Report on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and progress towards goals to the global leadership team

Preferred Qualifications

Industry Experience - Knowledge of commercial property, asset management, or leasing is a plus
