Summary

Join TIMOCOM as a Strategic Account Manager and play a key role in expanding our company's growth by building strong, long-term relationships with major clients. You will have the opportunity to work largely from home, with monthly team days at the office. Responsibilities include identifying key accounts, collaborating with partners to develop client potential, providing on-site consulting, representing the company at events, and developing tailored solutions. You will be responsible for sales growth and achieving sales targets, managing the sales process, and identifying upselling opportunities. The position requires at least three years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, strong customer focus, self-motivation, flexibility, and fluency in German and English.

Requirements

  • At least three years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the SaaS environment
  • High customer orientation and commitment to customer success
  • Self-motivation, goal orientation, and perseverance
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing business environment
  • Innovation and a proactive approach to new challenges
  • Negotiable German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region for occasional customer visits

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key strategic clients
  • Identify key clients and collaborate with partners to uncover and develop client potential
  • Provide on-site consulting to key clients and represent the company at congresses, trade fairs, and events
  • Identify business opportunities and develop customized solutions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Take responsibility for existing and new customer sales in your sales area, as well as for sales development and the achievement of sales targets
  • Manage the sales process, from the quotation phase to contract signing and implementation
  • Identify and realize upselling opportunities with existing customers

Preferred Qualifications

Additional foreign language skills (Italian, Spanish or French) are a plus!
