Summary

Join Eagle Eye Networks as a Strategic Account Manager and build relationships with major resellers. Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to boost sales. Maintain and expand relationships with key large customers. Set strategy, provide sales training, and meet sales quotas and objectives. This remote position requires travel. The role involves managing two to three named accounts and focuses on long-term relationship building and achieving strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Ability to present to groups of people in person and via webinar
  • Proficient in the use of presentation and spreadsheet software
  • Proven work experience as an account manager or Key account manager
  • Sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and/or Account management systems
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Availability to travel 60 - 70% of the time
  • Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Sales training and support of Strategic partner branch offices
  • Give sales presentations to branch offices
  • Achieve assigned strategic account objectives
  • Establish strong, long-term Strategic partner relationships
  • Suggest solutions that meet customer needs
  • Handle questions and issues in a timely and effective manner
