Summary

Join Wrike's Expand sales department as a remote Strategic Account Manager! Based in the US, you will cultivate client relationships, identify expansion opportunities for the Wrike product, and manage the full sales cycle. This role requires a solution-selling approach, utilizing Salesforce.com and Salesloft. Success hinges on understanding customer needs and ensuring complete satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years in enterprise/strategic selling, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years successful SaaS selling experience in a closing role
  • 2+ years of Enterprise/Strategic selling experience
  • Bachelors Degree or relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage business within the Strategic Account Territory
  • Manage the full sales-cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing
  • Manage assigned accounts
  • Understand an account’s needs and effectively communicate how Wrike will meet those needs
  • Utilize a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
  • Use SalesForce.com for lead management and sales forecasting
  • Use Salesloft for prospecting
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction with all customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Experience handling customer relationships and using those relationships to expand business
  • Experience with solution selling
  • Outbound sales calling experience
