  • You excel at opening new territories, prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals while maintaining clear strategic priorities
  • 40-60% travel is expected to ensure a hands-on approach to customer engagement and project oversight

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales and marketing objectives, aligning efforts with emerging market trends in high-tech sectors such as Medical, Industrial, Wearable Technologies, IoT, and Biosensors
  • Manage and grow an existing customer base while proactively identifying new prospects and expanding relationships
  • Tailor strategic sales efforts to capture opportunities in cutting-edge industries
  • Operate autonomously as a seasoned professional, fully responsible for managing your portfolio
  • Leverage central resources as needed while taking full accountability for customer success and growth initiatives
  • Consistently seek new projects, identify and evaluate leads, and expand the customer base through innovative solutions and personalized engagement
  • Recruit and lead account-specific sales representatives, ensuring your team delivers exceptional results and drives growth across diverse regions and sectors
  • Oversee project lifecycles, from initial development to production ramp-up, collaborating with Account Managers and manufacturing partners to ensure seamless delivery of Flex PCBs and Rigid-Flex Circuits
  • Spearhead pricing negotiations, close deals, and deliver consistent revenue growth, particularly in the Medical, Industrial, Wearable Technologies, IoT, and Biosensors markets
  • Resolve customer concerns with efficiency, leveraging company-wide resources to ensure long-term satisfaction and strengthened relationships
  • Stay ahead of market trends by monitoring competitors, recommending product and policy updates, and expanding your professional knowledge in the rapidly evolving electronics manufacturing landscape
