Strategic Finance Manager

Partner with global leaders to provide financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and ROI assessment. This highly visible role offers significant impact on strategic decision-making and requires collaboration with teams in Asia and Europe. You will drive business outcomes through strategic and analytic support, establish performance metrics, and develop accurate budgets and forecasts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create automated dashboards and analytics. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in strategic finance or FP&A within the SaaS or e-commerce industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience, 3 years of relevant experience in strategic finance or FP&A
• A keen analytical eye and experience building integrated models from scratch (in Excel, or other planning applications)
• A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners
• The ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines and a “result-oriented” mindset to get any job done
• English as working language

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders in Sales and Customer Success to drive business outcomes through strategic and analytic support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, Revenue, and Merchant Pricing) to drive top-line growth through financial support on product development and go-to-market strategies
• Establish top-line performance metrics and targets, analyze and report realized financial performance to Executives and other company leaders, and drive accountability for results
• Partner with teams in NA and EU to develop and maintain accurate budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to create scalable automated user/financial dashboards and analytics for cross departmental and executive consumption

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS or e-commerce industry
• Fluent in Chinese Mandarin
