Requirements
- Experience: Extensive experience in a top-tier consulting firm or as a strategic project manager in a startup or company
- Curious & Insight-Driven: You’re eager to learn, explore new opportunities, and push the boundaries of what’s possible
- Analytical Thinker: You thrive on solving complex problems and working on quantitative & financial projects
- Strong Communicator: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to structure, synthesize, and present insights clearly
- Project & Stakeholder Management: You’re highly organized, able to break silos, lead cross-team initiatives, and drive execution
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in flawless execution and follow-through
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Prioritization: Play a key role in shaping Qonto’s strategic planning process, defining company-wide priorities, evaluating adjustments, and developing Qonto’s Equity Story to articulate our vision internally and externally
- Market & Strategic Insights: Provide strategic recommendations to key teams—especially Product, Growth, and Corporate Development - by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and Qonto’s competitive position. Foster discussions and generate ideas to identify new opportunities and guide prioritization
- Execution & Performance Tracking: Ensure the successful execution of Qonto’s strategy by contributing to the OKR framework, tracking key performance metrics, and identifying risks or challenges that require course correction
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in banking or financial services is a strong plus
- Languages: Fluent English is required; French, Italian, German, or Spanish is a big plus
