Requirements

• 8+ years of sales experience, with a track record of success in staffing or workforce solutions
• Proven ability to close multi-million dollar deals and grow accounts
• Ability to engage C-suite executives and decision-makers

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new business opportunities with a focus on MSP, RPO, or VMS solutions
• Develop and manage relationships with large national accounts
• Engage with decision-makers at all levels, including procurement, HR, supply chain directors, and executives
• Proactively hunt for new clients through cold calling and innovative outreach strategies
• Deliver customized workforce solutions that align with client needs
