Summary

Join LaunchDarkly as a Strategic Solutions Engineer and become a trusted advisor to clients, tackling their key challenges with our products. You will contribute significantly to LaunchDarkly's growth by helping leading global companies enhance their software development practices. You'll also need in-depth technical expertise and experience with large enterprise customers.

  • 3+ Years experience with the development processes and needs of large enterprise and strategic customers
  • Led technical trials that resulted in significant deals for your company
  • Experienced in demoing technical solutions to VP & C-Level audiences
  • Proven success in cultivating customer champions
  • Proficient in sales frameworks (MEDDPICC or similar)
  • Have led land and expand initiatives with your customers
  • 25% travel required

Responsibilities

  • Inspire prospects with our software: Help make business decision makers, practitioners and the broader community enthusiastic champions through excellent demos and talks
  • Identify pain and design solutions: Identify LaunchDarkly prospects’ largest problems and design solutions to solve them
  • Lead successful evaluations: Lead exceptional, curated evaluations of the LaunchDarkly platform
  • Ensure adoption: Partner with customers to make the LaunchDarkly adoption path clear
  • Partner with Sales: Form effective partnerships rooted in your grasp of selling frameworks
  • Be a trusted expert: Become an authority. Bring valuable insight about LaunchDarkly and its surrounding ecosystem to each conversation. Follow through on your commitments
  • Advocate for our customers: Be the voice of the customer to our Product and Engineering teams
  • Spend time with the customer: 25-50% travel may be required to spend time in person with customers and colleagues
