Requirements

• Recent graduate from a top university; 1-4 years experience at a strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or high growth startup is a plus
• Skilled researcher and communicator, able to dive into market research, synthesize data, create decks, and share your findings
• Incredibly curious, a self-starter, and always on the lookout for new opportunities to create impact and learn
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Solve really hard problems with clear framing, a deep understanding of the data, creative options, a clear recommendation, and prioritization conversations with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders
• Drive and support strategic analysis and decision-making for complex, high-impact initiatives
• Serve as main staff liaison/partner to assigned member sections and councils and their affiliated work groups and initiatives
• Identify and successfully engage potential external partners and stakeholders to support ongoing member strategic activities
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis
• Brainstorm and execute on new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run strategies that drive direct revenue impact
